Individual Therapy

If you’re looking for a safe space to process emotions, navigate internal conflicts, and gain insight, then individual therapy can benefit you.  We will work together to help you embrace discomfort, regulate your emotions, and alter your negative self-narrative so you can live a more fulfilling, authentic, and satisfying life.


Group Therapy

Knowing you're not alone has value. In my therapy groups, we will process your emotions alongside peers who are facing similar concerns.  You will also gain support in cultivating coping skills and navigating interpersonal dynamics as you engage with other group members.
